Cosy Cub (philippestore) is responsible for the personal information you give us. We collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and your order details. We use them only to take and deliver your order, give you customer support and meet our legal obligations. We share them only with the companies that help us do this, such as our website platform, payment provider, supplier and delivery carriers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. Because our business and our supplier are based outside the UK, your data may be transferred outside the UK. We keep order records for as long as the law requires.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email philippestorebaby@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Your contract is with Cosy Cub (philippestore) and is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund you in full.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
